2. Review the Maui Kai 306 policies.
3. Complete the Reservation Form below and submit.
4. Phone us at (925) 689-8840 to provide your credit card information for the initial deposit.

Reservations will not be guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us. A confirmation will not be sent until we receive a completed reservation form, have verified that the dates you are requesting are available, and have processed your credit card deposit.
